Nationwide Children’s - Toledo, Mercy Health and ProMedica are partnering to address the social, economic and environmental factors that impact the health of children and families in the Toledo community. Each system has invested in social determinants of health individually but during recent months agreed to work together to have a stronger impact on addressing these critical issues that affect childhood and overall community health.
