Join Our Investigation of Suicide and the Teen Brain

What Is the Purpose of This Study?
The purpose of this study to help researchers understand how behaviors, the brain, and other biological systems develop in teens with suicidal behaviors.
Who Can Take Part in This Study?
Teens who may be eligible:
- Are between the ages of 12-17
- Have a history of suicidal behaviors or attempts
- Have a history of depression
- Are fluent in English
What Will Happen During This Study?
- Teens and their caregivers complete mental health, cognitive functioning, and social behavior surveys.
- Teens will have 2 non-sedated MRI scans, 2 blood draws and 2 saliva collections.
- Teens will complete three inperson visits over the course of 1-2 months.
Will We Be Paid for This Study?
Yes, participants will be compensated for their time.
