Nicolas Wein, PhD, is a principal investigator in the Center for Gene Therapy in the Abigail Wexner Research Institute at Nationwide Children’s Hospital and an assistant professor of Pediatrics at The Ohio State University College of Medicine.

Dr. Wein and his lab in study neuromuscular disorders, particularly Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) and myotonic dystrophy type 1 (DM1), to understand their causes and develop innovative treatments.
