America’s Best Employers were chosen based on survey responses from more than 217,000 employees working for companies employing at least 1,000 people in the U.S. Companies with more than 5,000 employees were considered large employers.
The evaluation was based on survey responses from employees who were asked if they would recommend their own employer to friends and family, and to rate it based on a range of criteria including salary, environment, advancement opportunities and training programs.
