Mitchel Stacy, PhD
Principal Investigator
Mitchel.Stacy@NationwideChildrens.org

Mitchel R. Stacy, PhD, is a principal investigator in the Center for Regenerative Medicine and an assistant professor of Surgery at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. His research interests are broadly focused on multimodality imaging techniques for cardiovascular applications, as well as the development and validation of quantitative image analysis tools. Dr. Stacy's research utilizes the hybrid imaging modalities SPECT/CT and PET/CT, as well as MRI, CT angiography, and ultrasound. Specific imaging focused research has been directed at the non-invasive assessment of myocardial infarction, diabetes, skeletal muscle perfusion and oxygenation, vascular remodeling (arteriogenesis and angiogenesis) and tissue-engineered vascular grafts.

Tatiana Wolfe, PhD
Senior Research Scientist
Tatiana.Wolfe@NationwideChildrens.org

Dr. Tatiana Wolfe's research is concerned with accelerated and high resolution dynamic imaging for biomarker quantification and discovery. In the Stacy Lab at Nationwide Children's Hospital, Dr. Wolfe is focused on studying imaging markers of tissue regeneration using full k-space MRI. Imaging predictive markers of tissue ischemia and vascular integrity are of particular interest.

Rosamaria Tricarico, PhD
Post-doctoral Scientist
Rosamaria.Tricarico@NationwideChildrens.org

Rosamaria Tricarico, PhD, is a post doctoral scientist in the Center for Regenerative Medicine of the Abigail Wexner Research Institute at Nationwide Children's Hospital. Her research interests include quantitative hemodynamic changes related to arterial repair solutions, and development of computational algorithms to facilitate prediction of vascular thrombogenic conditions. In the Stacy Lab, she processes computed tomography angiography (CTA), ultrasound imaging, intra- and extra- operative pressure measurements to computationally simulate subject-specific hemodynamics related to tissue engineering vascular grafts, as well as PET-CT scans to quantify tissue inflammation.

Natalie Eisert, MD
Research Fellow
Susannatalie.Eisert@NationwideChildrens.org

Natalie Eisert, MD, is a research fellow in the Center for Regenerative Medicine and an OSU Department of Surgery Research resident. Her research interests are focused on vascular health, with prior work in stroke research at Leibniz University in Hannover, Germany, and at Stanford University. She now focuses on Peripheral Vascular Disease research and uses multimodality imaging techniques including PET/CT, SPECT/CT and angiography to study tissue perfusion and vascular changes.
