Extended Reality at Nationwide Children’s
Design & Technology Development Team
The Design and Technology Development team creates digital health solutions to improve healthcare delivery. We design user centric solutions in partnership with clinical and research experts, focusing on digital health technology, user experience, clinical practice and scientific research.
This team is made up of talented developers who are passionate about creating impactful and engaging products that help improve the care we provide for our patients, and specialize in web/mobile/XR applications, interactive media, user experience design, and digital health research.
Design & Technology Research Team
The Design & Technology Research team champions healthcare technology research and innovation through cultivating collaboration with researchers and clinicians. The team’s five project scientists lead project management and scientific aspects of a design & technology project, such as requirement gathering, study design, proposal drafting, technology consultation, and manuscript writing.
Through collaborating with researchers and clinicians, the team has built a diverse portfolio of research projects ranging from acceptability/feasibility study, quality/process improvement study, to user experience study and outcome evaluation.
