We offer neurological and adaptive training and rehabilitation for adolescent patients.
Our team specializes in adolescent patients with:
- Acquired neurologic diagnoses such as traumatic brain injury, concussion, stroke, spinal cord injury, functional neurological disorders, limb deficiencies and swallowing/dysphagia.
- Congenital neuromuscular diagnoses after complex surgeries or significant changes in functional status.
Our therapists aim to help adolescents and young adults enjoy life by reaching their highest level of recovery.

What to Expect
- Your first session will consist of an evaluation where we will get to know you, your child and your goals. We’ll determine the treatments, treatment durations and frequencies based on your child’s needs.
- Our team will coordinate your adolescent’s Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy appointments all in one space.
