Pediatric Gastroenterology Conference for Primary Care Clinicians

The fourth annual Single Cell Research Group for ‘Omics Technologies (scRGOT) Coder Upgrade Week, held June 15 to 18, is a four-day intensive coding boot camp designed to strengthen single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) data analysis skills for participants of all experience levels. The workshop features beginner and advanced tracks, covering topics from data importing, differential expression, cell type assignment, velocity analysis and multiomics integration.
