An educational symposium for interdisciplinary healthcare professionals caring for children, adolescents and young adults with cancer and other high-risk conditions. This program focuses on compassionate, comprehensive support for patients, families and care teams navigating conversations around autopsy, tissue donation, poor prognosis and bereavement. Participants will learn evidence-based communication strategies, explore interdisciplinary roles and integrate palliative care, legacy-building and grief support across the care continuum. Ohio Pediatric Forensic Multidisciplinary Teams and Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner Conference
