Winter Well-being: Share CAP4Kids Resources With Patient Families
Health care providers play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of the families we serve. It’s especially important during the colder months to connect patients with essential resources to help them stay warm, safe and healthy. CAP4Kids is a valuable tool you can share with families, offering a wide range of local services to access:
- Housing and job opportunities
- Walk-in food pantries
- Clothing assistance
- Help with utilities
- And more
Encourage patient families to visit CAP4Kids.org/Columbus to gain access to these essential resources.
