Albert Isaacs

Wisler Saint-Vil, MD, MBA, is a fellowship-trained physician in primary care sports medicine. He serves as an assistant professor at The Ohio State University and practices at Nationwide Children’s, where he provides comprehensive musculoskeletal and sports-related care to athletes of all ages. During his fellowship at Case Western Reserve University/University Hospitals, he served as a fellow physician for the Cleveland Browns, Kent State University and several collegiate and high school teams, experiences that shaped his athlete-centered and performance-driven approach to care.

Dr. Saint-Vil is the creator of ExerciseNow, an innovative health care software platform that empowers providers and patients through personalized exercise prescriptions, Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM), return-to-play protocols and wellness tools. He is also the author of Exercise: The Best Health Insurance, a book that emphasizes the transformative power of physical activity in preventive health. His work in digital health and regenerative medicine has been featured in multiple media outlets, including WTAP News, The Parkersburg News and other regional publications.

A passionate global health advocate, Dr. Saint-Vil serves as executive director of the Haitian Vision Foundation, which provides education and medical care in underserved communities. He is fluent in English, Spanish, French, Haitian Creole and Italian, and is committed to delivering inclusive, culturally responsive care while advancing innovation in sports medicine.
