Fostering Connections Clinic Expands to Westside Primary Care Center

To increase access to care for foster and kinship families across central Ohio, The Center for Family Safety and Healing is expanding the Fostering Connections Clinic to a fourth location at Nationwide Children’s Westside Primary Care Center, located at 1657 Georgesville Square Drive, Columbus, OH 43228. Beginning August 5, the clinic will offer services at the Westside location.

The addition of the Westside location will bring specialized services closer to families while maintaining the same coordinated care provided at the clinic’s existing locations:

  • The Center for Family Safety and Healing, 655 E. Livingston Ave., Columbus, OH 43205
  • Northern Lights Primary Care Center, 3553 Cleveland Ave., Columbus, OH 43224
  • Eastland Primary Care Center, 2599 S. Hamilton Road, Columbus, OH 43232

The Fostering Connections Clinic provides comprehensive medical care to children and adolescents placed in foster care or out-of-home care. The new Westside location expands access to these services while strengthening Nationwide Children’s commitment to meeting families where they are.
