New Online Credentialing/Privileging System

On April 16, the Medical Staff Services team started using a new online provider credentialing and privileging platform called CredentialStream. CredentialStream will allow the office to verify and process credentials online. This will reduce reliance on paper and streamline the credentialing and re-credentialing processes.

What is Changing? Emails regarding credentialing and privileging used to come from a Medical Staff Services team member. After April 16, emails will come from MedStaff@NationwideChildrens.org. Please be on the lookout for these emails. They are not spam.

When it is time to update your credentials, follow the instructions in these emails. If you have questions about the new process, email Yvonne Jackson or the Medical Staff Services team. If you need technical help, contact the IS Service Desk.
