Paperless Billing

On March 1, 2024, Nationwide Children’s moved to paperless billing. Patients and families with a MyChart account will automatically receive electronic bills and statements via their MyChart account. Patients who prefer paper copies can opt out of electronic billing at any time.

Paperless statements will allow for a faster, more efficient and more secure billing process and have a positive environmental impact. For more information, or if you have questions, contact our patient accounts department at (614) 722-2055.
