School-Based Vision Care

Nationwide Children’s Hospital offers school-based vision services to students in need of eye care. Our team of experts provides comprehensive exams, glasses adjustments and more—right at school.

How Does it Work?

  • Reynoldsburg City Schools students and their siblings, ages 0+, can receive vision care at Reynoldsburg High School’s Livingston Campus.
  • A parent or guardian must provide consent before the team can offer vision care to a child. Students can pick up consent forms from the school nurse or school-based health center.
  • Students will have their vision appointment at the school-based health center. Parents/guardians are not required to be at the appointment, but are welcome to attend if they would like.
  • After your child's appointment, we will give them a paper that explains what services were provided during the visit with any needed follow up instructions.
