Partners For Kids Care Guide
Partners For Kids’ Care Guide team can provide short-term support to patients to assist with Medicaid and other public benefit enrollment. The Care Guide Team can also assist with facilitating referrals and connecting to community resources, medical services, and other support services as identified by patient. To speak with someone about the Care Guide program, email PFKCareCoordination@NationwideChildrens.org or call (855) 562-4735. (Please note that patients or families must have Medicaid and/or be Medicaid eligible.)
The Bridge Project for Expecting Moms
The Bridge Project is dedicated to eliminating child poverty with unconditional cash grants to low-income families during pregnancy and the first three years of a child's life. Families in Appalachian counties of Ohio (and Kentucky and WV) are eligible.
Eligible counties: Adams, Ashtabula, Athens, Belmont, Brown, Carroll, Clermont, Columbiana, Coshocton, Gallia, Guernsey, Harrison, Highland, Hocking, Holmes, Jackson, Jefferson, Lawrence, Mahoning, Meigs, Monroe, Morgan, Muskingum, Noble, Perry, Pike, Ross, Scioto, Trumbull, Tuscarawas, Vinton, and Washington.

Menstrual Health Resources
- General map that can be searched wherever you live, to help you find local menstrual health resources
- Go online to order free samples of Kotex Pads, shipped directly to your house. Each product does have a yearly limit per household.

Student Success Store (within Columbus City Schools):
- Certain CCS with grades 6-12 have a store that students can access for free supplies. Check with your school counselor if you have a need.
Call 2-1-1
- 211 helps to connect you to local resources in your community. They may be able to help you find menstrual resources.
Ohio Rise:
- If you are connected to the Ohio Rise waiver, ask your case worker about the “Go With the Flow Program”. This provides a monthly stipend for period products
