The Industry Pathway prepares trainees for careers in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, government and other professional sectors by building communication, leadership, teamwork and project management skills. The curriculum focuses on leadership, collaboration, productivity, networking and career strategy, helping participants translate their research training into diverse professional settings.
