Update Your Profile

Fill out the form below to request updates to your Nationwide Children's Hospital website profile.

Please read these tips before you begin the submission process: 

• You cannot save a form draft. Choose a time when you can fill out your requested updates in their entirety. 
• Marketing may edit your submission to fix grammatical errors and ensure your profile meets brand standards.
• To find the link for your current profile, visit Find a Doctor or use the search bar in the upper right hand corner of the website (search your first and last name.) 
• If you would like to add more than five publications to your profile, please use the Public Profile Management tool. You can also use this tool to remove publications from a profile. 
• If you would like to have your CV included in your profile, please email a PDF version to NewMedia@NationwideChildrens.org. You must remove personal information, such as home address, before submission.
• Please allow 4-6 weeks to see updates in effect.
