Proud Linden Parent Program
The Proud Linden Parent Program is a free program for parents or caregivers of children ages 2 to 8 living in the Linden neighborhood.
We are building a community where Linden parents and caregivers can connect with each other and learn skills and techniques for raising young children.
What Is Covered in the Program?
We review a new topic each week during the 11-week program. Some topics include:
- Parental stress
- Problem solving with other adults in our kids’ lives
- Say what you mean and mean what you say
- Giving praise and encouragement
- Routines and traditions
- Child-centered time
During our time together, we watch videos of real parents and their kids and discuss, learn new strategies, role play and problem solve together.
