My Bridge 2 Success
Healthy Neighborhoods Healthy Families’ My Bridge 2 Success supports families in their journey toward wellness and financial stability. We offer two, free educational opportunities for qualifying residents:
- Financial Wellness Coaching
- Financial Goals & Growth Program

Learn the basics for managing your money. During the free Financial Wellness Coaching sessions, participants will work one-on-one with an advisor every week for four weeks.
You’ll learn helpful strategies for:
- Budgeting
- Saving
- Managing debt
- Navigating the credit system
- Planning for a healthier financial future
You must complete all four sessions of Financial Wellness Coaching to qualify for the Financial Goals & Growth Program.
Ready to take the next step in your financial growth? During the free Financial Goals & Growth Program, participants will work one-on-one with an advisor each month to build long-term financial stability. This program is designed to support participants based on their specific needs, including navigating through barriers and planning for the future.
You’ll receive support on topics like:
- Buying reliable transportation
- Saving for a down payment on a house
- Creating an emergency savings
- Paying off debt
- Going back to school
- Affording major life purchases
- Becoming financially self-sufficient
You must meet the eligibility requirements and complete the pre-requisite Financial Wellness Coaching sessions before applying to this program. Applicants will be selected based on fit and program capacity.
Eligibility Requirements
Whether you’re just getting started with Financial Wellness Coaching, or taking the next step with the Financial Goals & Growth Program, all participants must meet the requirements below to be eligible:
- 18 years old+
- Live within Linden and South Side zip codes (43205, 43206, 43207, 43211, 43224)
- There must be at least one employed adult in the household
- Earn an annual income $75,000 or less for adults with children or $50,000 or less for adults with no children
