Lee Ann Wallace, MBA, BSN, RN, NEA-BC: Chief Nursing Officer

Lee Ann Wallace, MBA, BSN, RN, NEA-BC, is the Chief Nursing Officer at Nationwide Children's Hospital. Lee Ann began her career as a staff nurse at the University of Kentucky Children’s Hospital in 1978. Prior to being employed at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Lee Ann gained nearly three decades of experience as a clinical nurse manager, educator, service line leader, and Director of Women’s and Children’s Services at four different health systems. In 2012, Lee Ann joined the team here at Nationwide Children’s as Neonatology Service Line Administrator and promoted to Vice President of Neonatology Services in 2016. Lee Ann received her Bachelors in Nursing from University of Kentucky, and MBA from the University of Findlay.
