Integrated clinical care and research remain at the heart of what we do at Nationwide Children’s.
Clinical care focuses on patient well-being while clinical research generates knowledge for the future. Nationwide Children’s continues to invest in both to accelerate the translation of innovations from bench to bedside and beyond.

- Health Equity and Population Health: Nationwide Children’s will extend our trailblazing model of caring for the “whole child” so that we can help all children reach their full potential at home, at school and in their communities.
- Genomics: Nationwide Children’s will accelerate our efforts to research the genomic underpinnings of disease, use our discoveries to create innovative diagnostics and therapies and improve precision health care for children in central Ohio and around the world.
