Donation Wish List

Thank you for considering Nationwide Children’s Hospital for your donation!

Child Life and Psychosocial services throughout the hospital work hard to be creative in meeting the wide variety of needs of patients and their families. You can help our patients and families by donating from a registry of items carefully curated by the team. Items on our wish list include educational toys, games, and other items.

Your gifts from our Wish List can be accepted via USPS, UPS, Amazon, FedEx, or by drop off. Gifts received that are not included on the approved list(s) of items may be redirected to a Nationwide Children’s community partner that can more appropriately share the gift with a child. Items from the wish list can be purchased from any retailer – not exclusively from Amazon.

If you, or your corporation would like to host a drive of any kind, please reach out to Kathy Hickman at (614) 355-5424.

Donation Instructions (See below for holiday-specific donations.)

Wish List Items – The very best way to support our staff and children at Nationwide Children's is by purchasing items from our wish list. While this is an Amazon wish list, you DO NOT have to purchase items through Amazon.

  • Wish list items have been selected by Nationwide Children’s developmental experts.
  • Wish list items are the things that are most frequently needed/requested by patients.
  • Wish list items have been checked for quality and safety.
  • Wish list items reflect the selection of items we need. Helping to keep our storage and disbursement efficient.
  • Non-wish list items are often re-directed to other organizations in the community.

Blankets – Fleece blankets are very popular here at Nationwide Children's! Blankets should be made of washable fleece or fabric. We cannot accept any item made with yarn or having yarn incorporated. Please make blankets that are at least 35”x45”.
