PSA: Enforcement of Columbus Youth Bicycle Helmet Ordinance

15-Sec.Wearing a helmet while bike riding can reduce the risk of brain injury by nearly 90 percent. The new Columbus Youth Bicycle Helmet Ordinance requires everyone under the age of 18 to wear a helmet while using a bike, scooter, skateboard or in-line skates.
