Filling the Pipeline for Behavioral Health Professionals

As the demand for pediatric behavioral health professionals grows, Nationwide Children’s is dedicated to fostering the next generation of experts. The team offers real-world experiences for high school and undergraduate college students through internships, informational interviews, on-site shadowing opportunities and a course taught at The Ohio State University. Students can also learn more about different behavioral health career paths through a short video series with hospital experts.
