Biography

Reid C. Chambers, DO, is a faculty member of the Department of Orthopaedics at Nationwide Children’s Hospital and an Assistant Professor-Practice of Orthopaedic Surgery at The Ohio State University College of Medicine . He received his medical degree from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, Midwestern University and completed his residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Cleveland, Ohio. After completing a Pediatric Orthopaedic and Scoliosis Surgery fellowship at Cleveland Clinic Foundation and Akron Children’s Hospital, he joined Nationwide Children's Hospital in 2019. Primary clinical interests include, but are not limited to conditions of the spine (complex), scoliosis, pediatric trauma and general orthopaedics. Dr. Chambers is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery, Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgeons of North America, the American Osteopathic Association of Orthopedics, the Columbus Orthopaedic Society and the Ohio Orthopaedic Society.
