Biography

Justin A. Indyk, MD, PhD is a member of the Section of Endocrinology and Metabolism at Nationwide Children's Hospital and is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Pediatrics at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. After completing undergraduate studies at University of California at San Diego, (in La Jolla, CA), Dr. Indyk went on to complete his MD and PhD degrees at the State University of New York at Stony Brook, on Long Island, in 2003 and went on to Pediatric internship/residency and then Pediatric Endocrinology fellowship at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. Dr. Indyk is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in Pediatrics and Pediatric Endocrinology. Dr. Indyk's clinical and research interests include Adrenal Disorders, Diabetes, Genetics, and Disorders of Sexual Development and Puberty. His teaching activities include education on Diabetes, Growth and Thyroid disorders. Administrative roles include the development of our Electronic Medical Records systems as well as representing the Endocrinology Program on the US News and World Report Survey Committee.
