Biography
Cristina Tomatis, MD, was born in Lima, Peru, and she has trained in Peru, Spain and the United States. She is a clinician scholar at the division of Infectious Diseases at Nationwide Children’s Hospital (Columbus, OH). Her research interests are immune response to vaccines and viral infections in different hosts such as patients with inflammatory bowel disease and other immune disorders, febrile infants, and clinical/vaccine trials.
