Full-time employees may participate in the payroll deduction program through your ID badge - it works as a debit account. Employees may use this feature around the hospital and for special events, such as:

Employees can participate in Nationwide Children’s summer family events, Family Night at COSI, and Thank you luncheons for your anniversary. Employee Referral Bonus

Opportunities are announced on a per-position basis for employees to receive a referral bonus if the candidate they recommend is hired and remains an employee for a specified amount of time.
