Nationwide Children’s Hospital Urgent Care provides timely medical care for the pediatric population of central Ohio. With seven convenient locations throughout Central Ohio, our Urgent Care Centers provide expert pediatric care: when and where you need it most.

We are staffed with board certified pediatricians and nurse practitioners so that you can be confident in receiving specialized care for your child’s minor injuries and illness.

Our Urgent Care Network is available to treat illnesses and injuries that need prompt attention, but do not need to be seen in the Emergency Department.

If you think your child has a medical emergency or life-threatening condition, always call 911. If you think someone is poisoned, call the Central Ohio Poison Center at 1-800-222-1222.

When to Use Urgent Care Services

Your first call should always be to your pediatrician or family physician who knows your child best.

Urgent Care offers treatment for illnesses and injuries that need prompt attention, but do not need to be seen in the Emergency Department. Click here for more information on whether to take your child to an Urgent Care Center or to the Emergency Department.

What to Bring

If you’re heading to an Urgent Care location, please bring:

  • Personal identification and insurance card
  • A list of all medications, vitamins and herbal supplements your child is currently taking
  • Your child’s current immunization record
  • Medication Tracking Form (print and bring)

Wait Times

All wait times are approximate because new patients, some who are quite ill, are constantly arriving.  As a result your personal experience may vary from the times posted.
