May 26, 2026

(COLUMBUS, Ohio) – Nationwide Children’s Hospital has been recognized by Forbes as one of “America’s Best Employers for New Graduates.”

Nationwide Children’s is ranked No. 1 among children’s hospitals nationally, the No. 1 hospital in Ohio, No. 2 among all employers in Ohio, and in the Top 3 in the Healthcare and Social Services industry. Among 500 organizations nationwide, Nationwide Children’s is ranked No. 20.

“Nationwide Children's works hard to create a culture that is both nurturing and innovative,” said Tim Robinson, chief executive officer of Nationwide Children’s Hospital. “We invest in and support our team; we also take on challenges to advance children's health. That balance allows us to provide a caring workplace—and to continue to improve the lives of the families we serve.”

The ninth annual Forbes “Best Employers for New Graduates” list is based on an independent survey of more than 100,000 young professionals in the United States with fewer than 10 years of work experience. The ranking incorporates more than 2 million employer evaluations collected over the past three years.

Participants were asked whether they would recommend their employer and to evaluate organizations across several criteria, including compensation and benefits, advancement opportunities, work-life balance, company reputation, and adoption of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence.

The complete list can be viewed on the Forbes website.
