ADDITIONAL INFO:
Time For 10! is a free fitness program featuring a series of five, ten-minute exercise videos designed for daily use in K-5 classrooms. A collaboration between Nationwide Children’s Hospital and Ohio First Lady Karen Waldbillig Kasich, the program aims to make guided exercise easy and accessible to Ohio schools, thereby improving students’ health and classroom productivity.

Time For 10! is a simple tool to increase students’ physical activity through short bursts of exercise, providing benefits both inside and outside the classroom. It doesn’t require any special equipment; it only requires ten minutes of time.

Nationwide Children’s shares Mrs. Kasich’s commitment to encouraging physical activity in Ohio classrooms through the hospital’s wellness aspect of its strategic plan. Core Time For 10! program partners include the Ohio Department of Education and Ohio Department of Health.

The program is available in three formats: DVD, online streaming, or downloadable files. Ohio schools may request a copy of Time For 10! at TimeFor10.org.
