Nationwide Children's Hospital Inpatient
Welcome
Self-parking is available in our visitor garage for a minimal fee.
The Hospital Parking Garage, a new underground parking garage located immediately in front of our new main hospital on Children’s Drive, is the ideal parking spot for those visiting inpatients.*
Visitors parking in this garage will be issued a time-stamped ticket when entering the garage. These tickets will determine each visitor’s parking fee. Visitors can pay their parking fee inside the hospital by using the various “pay-on-foot” stations.
Additional visitor parking is available for the Emergency Department and is accessible from Parsons Avenue or Mooberry Street. Parking is also available for Outpatient Care (OCC) and is accesible from S. 18th Street.
Handicap Parking Options
All of Nationwide Children’s parking lots offer handicapped parking. Those requiring handicapped parking for high-top vans are encouraged to speak with Patient Relations by calling (614) 722-6593 for more information.
Valet Parking
Valet parking is available for $5 at the new main hospital entrance, the Surgery Entrance and the Outpatient Care entrance. When you park, you will receive a valet stub. When you are ready to leave, you may call five minutes ahead and they will have your vehicle ready for you at the valet parking area. Call-ahead information will be printed on your stub.
*Please Note: If you receive specific parking instructions with your hospital appointment, please follow those and know that they may differ to the general information above.
Wayfinding
Families and visitors will be able to navigate the hospital by following our new subway-style wayfinding system that features clear and obvious paths of color in the floors.
Lost? If you are looking for directions around our campus, we have several ways to help you:
- Visit any one of our information desks located along the blue path.
