Kathryn Stephens Obrynba, MD

Kathryn S. Obrynba, MD, is a member of the Section of Endocrinology at Nationwide Children's Hospital and an assistant professor of Pediatrics at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. Dr. Obrynba received her undergraduate and medical degrees from West Virginia University. She completed her internship and Pediatric residency at Nationwide Children's Hospital in 2010, went on to serve as chief resident, and completed her Pediatric Endocrinology fellowship at Nationwide Children's Hospital in 2014.
Dr. Obrynba is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and the American Board of Pediatric Endocrinology. Her clinical and research interests include type 1 diabetes, Prader Willi syndrome and 22q11 deletion syndrome. Her administrative roles include Quality Improvement and serving on the Pediatric Residency Interview Committee. Dr. Obrynba is a professional member of The Endocrine Society and Pediatric Endocrine Society.
