Biography
Jihyun Jang, PhD, is a principal investigator in the Center for Cardiovascular Research at the Nationwide Children’s Hospital and assistant professor in the Department of Pediatrics at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. Dr. Jang obtained her PhD from Seoul National University College of Medicine in 2017. She completed her postdoctoral Fellowship at University of Maryland School of Medicine before joining the Nationwide Children’s Hospital in 2022. Dr. Jang’s research focuses on discovering genetic pathways and environmental factors that influence cardiovascular development, regeneration and disease.
