Biography

Jenna graduated from Ohio State University with a Master of Arts in Speech Language Pathology in 2019 and then completed her Clinical Fellowship at the University of Wisconsin – Madison Waisman Center in 2020. She has always had a passion for working with children with developmental disabilities and completed two years of the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (LEND) Program during her clinical training. Her clinical work has focused on augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), and she has also completed research in this area. Jenna has advocated at the federal level to educate lawmakers about policies that support individuals with communication disabilities. She prioritizes connecting with patients and their families in her therapy sessions, as this is the foundation for successful and meaningful communication.
