Biography
Hannah Leon, PT, DPT, provides physical therapy services to pediatric patients at the Ontario Close To Home Clinic. This includes evaluation and treatment of children with developmental concerns, neurological disorders, altered gait pattern, and altered posture. She is experienced in working with infants, toddlers, and school age children, and follows evidence-based practice in order to ensure the best results for her patients. Hannah adapts therapy to the patient's needs as well as the family's goals. Hannah prioritizes building patient report and providing parent education.
