Aarti Chandawarkar, MD is a primary care pediatrician and clinical informaticist at Nationwide Children’s Hospital and an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the The Ohio State University College of Medicine. She completed her medical school in Bombay, India followed by a pediatric residency at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, NY and a Global Health fellowship at Rainbow Babies and Children in Cleveland, OH. She is board certified in General Pediatrics and Clinical Informatics.
Dr. Chandawarkar has been the Program Director of the Clinical Informatics Program since 2022. Her informatics interests are in decreasing provider documentation and cognitive burden, improving patient experience and engagement and fellow education.
