Meet Andie

Our daughter Andie was born just shy of 25 weeks. At only 1.6 pounds we knew there was a bumpy road ahead of us. 

A little baby weighing less than a carton of milk and shorter then a standard banana, she was nothing shy of a miracle. For a long 4 months inside of the NICU she amazed us with her strength and the will to fight for her life, despite her teeny size. There were tears, laughs and so many smiles as we watched our tiny little girl grow into the most beautiful baby. After 119 days of blood transfusions, pic lines, echos, bloodwork, radiographs, medications and fluids etc we finally were able to bring our daughter home. She continues to conquer every obstacle that life has thrown at her, she amazes us each and every day.  We cannot express the love and gratitude we have for each member of her team from Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Not only did they help keep our little girl alive, healthy and strong but they also emotionally & mentally helped us through one of the hardest times of ours lives as well. Andie is now 6 months old happy, healthy and babbling with her dogs throughout her days!
