Tee Jaye's Country Place Hosting Month Long Campaign

September 1, 2015

When you hear a friendly, “Howdy Folks”, this September know that you’re walking into a Tee Jaye’s Country Place that supports our kids! For the entire month, Tee Jaye’s restaurant locations will host various fundraisers for Nationwide Children's Hospital that will benefit the Burn Program. These fundraisers include car shows, candy bar sales, and even yard sales! In addition to all of their exciting events, Tee Jaye’s will put the “Fun” in fund-raising via their signature balloon sales. For each balloon sold, $1 will be donated to Nationwide Children's.

The mission of Nationwide Children’s burn program is to provide current comprehensive multidisciplinary care to children with burn injuries and cutaneous conditions. These needs will be met through collaborative treatment throughout the patient care continuum to optimize patient outcomes. Additionally, Nationwide Children’s dedicated burn nurses deliver an established burn prevention program to school age children throughout the district and the burn program staff offers burn education to the academic and medical community.

Over the past 14 years, Tee Jaye’s Country Place and Nationwide Children’s have raised over $700,000 in direct support of the hospital’s mission. Last year, Tee Jaye’s raised more than $40,000 for local sick and injured kids.
