Biography

A native of Alabama, Zahra Qureshi, MS, CCC-SLP, currently works with a variety of communication disorders and diagnoses within the pediatric population at Nationwide Children's East Broad Close to Home outpatient location. She mainly conducts all new patient evaluations. She is fluent in Urdu.

Zahra recently received the ASHA Early Career Professional leadership award and ACE award for continuing education. At Children’s she is a member of a variety of committees to include: Diversity and Inclusion; Community Outreach; and Site Council.

When she is not working, Zahra enjoys exploring the city, and spending time with her husband, friends, family, and new puppy Coco.

Her areas of interest include Autism Spectrum Disorder and AAC. She is currently completing additional training to become a certified AAC direct therapist.
