Biography
Victoria Douglas is an experienced Speech Language Pathologist and Clinical Leader who specializes in early intervention, pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). She joined the Nationwide Children's Hospital Speech Language Pathology Team in 2017 and currently leads teams at the East Broad and Newark Close To Homes. She is dedicated to advancing functional outcomes for young children through evidence-based, family-centered care. Victoria is passionate about empowering caregivers as key partners in therapy and fostering collaborative clinical practices that support meaningful participation in daily life.
