Biography

Shahid Ijaz Sheikh, MD, is a member of the Section of Pulmonary Medicine and Allergy/Immunology at Nationwide Children's Hospital and a professor of clinical pediatrics at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. He is trained and certified in pediatric pulmonology and allergy and immunology. His clinical interests include children with asthma, bronchopulmonary dysplasia and cystic fibrosis. His research interests include asthma, infantile wheezing and cystic fibrosis. His research interests are in the fields of asthma and cystic fibrosis. He is involved in multiple clinical trials at Nationwide Children's Hospital.
