Biography

Melissa Tatman, PT, graduated with her Masters degree in Physical Therapy from the Ohio State University in 2005. She worked with Nationwide Children’s Hospital’s Sports and Orthopedic department from 2007 – 2014. During that time, she participated in research related to patellofemoral pain syndrome and manual therapy techniques related to the ankle. She transitioned to working in the acute care setting in 2014. Melissa is an expert in pediatric oncology, focusing on the orthopedic oncology patient population, but enjoys working with all patient populations and ages throughout the hospital. She is a member of the APTA’s Pediatric and Oncology Sections, APTA credentialed clinical instructor and a member of the faculty with for the pediatric physical therapy residency program at Nationwide Children's.
