Melissa A. Meyer, MD, is a staff physician in the Section of Primary Care Pediatrics at Nationwide Children's Hospital working in the Primary Care Yellow Clinic as well as the Eastland Close to Home Primary Care Center. She completed her residency at Nationwide Children's Hospital and completed a chief residency year from 2008-2009. She currently is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. Her time is spent in direct patient care, teaching residents as well as medical students and participating in the Residents in Schools Initiative. Her interests include medical education, mentorship, faculty development and caring for children in well and acute situations.
