Biography

Megan Norris, PhD is a licensed psychologist and Director of Research at the Nationwide Children’s Hospital Child Development Center. She holds academic appointments in the Department of Pediatrics at The Ohio State University as Associate Professor and Associate Division Chief of Research. Dr. Norris earned her PhD in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Psychology at OSU and completed advanced interdisciplinary training through Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disorders (LEND) programs.

Her clinical practice emphasizes family-centered, strengths-based, individualized assessment for individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), across the full range of intellectual functioning. She has particular expertise in complex presentations such as neurogenetic conditions and intractable epilepsy, and is a member of the NCH Leukodystrophy Clinic team. Dr. Norris is co-investigator on multiple externally funded research grants and is deeply committed to advancing and disseminating evidence-based practices.
