Biography

Lana Dennison, M.S., CCC-SLP, is a speech-language pathologist at Nationwide Children's Hospital. She provides services at Westside Primary Care and has experience working with children and families across a variety of settings, including schools, behavioral health programs, and pediatric outpatient care. Lana began her career in 2015 and has been with Nationwide Children's since 2018.

Lana has specialized expertise in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), childhood apraxia of speech assessment and treatment, early intervention, and supporting children with communication needs within behavioral health settings. She is passionate about providing collaborative, family-centered care and partnering with families to support children's communication and development.

Lana earned her Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Hearing Science, with a minor in Disability Studies, from The Ohio State University and her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Miami University. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
