Biography
Kylie Dougherty, PhD, RN, is a Nurse Scientist at Nationwide Children's Hospital, Associate Faculty in the Center for Child Health Outcomes Research, Affiliate Faculty at The Ohio State University College of Nursing, and Adjunct Lecturer at Rice University. Her research focuses on improving maternal, newborn, child, and adolescent health through implementation science, health systems strengthening, and quality improvement. She leads research that translates evidence into practice across both U.S. and global healthcare settings, with a particular emphasis on strengthening healthcare delivery systems and building nursing research capacity.
