Christine M. Schafer, AuD

Biography

Christine Schafer, AuD, received her Masters degree in Audiology from the University of Akron in 2002 and her Doctor of Audiology from Arizona School of Health Sciences in 2010. She has been part of the Audiology Hearing Program at Nationwide Children's Hospital since 2015. Before joining the Audiology team at Nationwide Children's Hospital, she practiced at Memorial Hermann Children's Hospital and The Center for Hearing and Speech, both in Houston, Texas. Her primary interests are pediatric hearing aids, cochlear implants and bone conduction implants. She is also a primary preceptor for audiology externs training on cochlear implants.
