Amanda Meade, MS, AT, ATC, is a certified athletic trainer at Nationwide Children’s Hospital Sports Medicine Department. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training from Wilmington College in 2010. She earned a Master’s Degree in Athletic Training from the University of Kentucky in 2012 where she worked as a Graduate Assistant primarily at Berea College. Amanda has over 10 years of experience as an athletic trainer at the collegiate level and most recently comes back to Ohio after spending two years in Virginia at Christopher Newport University as the Associate Athletic Trainer. Amanda’s outreach responsibility is at Canal Winchester High School, where she also attended and graduated from in 2006. She resides in Canal Winchester with her husband and two sons.
